Alvin Jessie Shatto was born January 24, 1951 in Tulsa, OK to Alvin Walter and Ola May Shatto. Alvin was a truck driver, a profession he loved doing. In his spare time he liked fishing, play cards, work puzzle books and look at magazines. His favorite activity was spending time with grandchildren and other family. He married the former Rose Eslinger in June, 2002.

Alvin departed this life Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Tulsa, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Jessie Columbus Fidler and Bessie Ola Fidler; a sister, Shirley Faye Johnson, and stepson, Robert Brown.

Survivors include his daughter, Charity Shatto of Wagoner; his wife, Rose Shatto of Pryor, OK; twelve siblings, Sonny Coulson and Cathy Shatto of Locust Grove, OK, Cricket Anderson of Claremore, OK, Sharon Miller, husband, Veris ,of Tulsa, OK, Bessie Jones of Inola, OK, Barbara Howard, husband, Tommy, of Hulbert, OK, Debi Rasmussen, husband, Tom, of Skiatook, OK, Donna Driskell, Bobby Shatto, husband, Jay, Kenny Shatto, wife, Renee, all of Sperry, OK, Danny Hortner, wife, Debbie, of Bartlesville, OK, Ella Chasteen of Seminole, OK, stepmother, Dellsa Shatto of Sperry, OK; grandchildren, Sierra, Clara, Destine, Skyla and Jesse; stepchildren, Michelle, Michael, Scott and Joey; other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm at the First Assembly of God in Wagoner. The Reverend Tim Boyett will officiate.
