Ame Louise (Hernandez) Dapolito was born November 10, 1976 in Artisa, California to Paul Hernandez and Teri (Asher) Rangel. Following high school graduation, Ame studied to be a pharmacy tech. She was later employed at the Wagoner Care Center as a Certified Medical Assistant.

Ame's hobby was writing beautiful poetry.

Ame departed this life Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at her home in Wagoner. She was preceded in death by an infant baby girl and by a cousin, James Asher.

Survivors include her children, Destinee Monique Britt of Porterville CA, Michael Ray Scruggs of Webbers Falls, OK, Adrian Anthony Scruggs of Wagoner, OK and Delanee Scruggs of Wagoner, OK; Ame's mother, Teri Rangel of Wagoner, OK; her father, Paul Hernandez of Kingman, AZ; her brothers and sister, Paul Anthony Hernandez, Cynthia Christine Hernandez and Adrian Gabriel Hernandez; extended family and her friends.
