Andrew Franklin Fulk, 54, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, departed this life on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by the love of his family. Andrew was born on December 26, 1971, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Harold Franklin Fulk and Katie Rose (Copeland) Enke. He was raised in Tulsa, where he attended and graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1990. Andrew married the love of his life, Nicole Gray on May 26, 1995, together they built a life filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories. Their marriage was a true partnership, grounded in devotion and strengthened by the simple joys of everyday life. Andrew loved ferociously and with his whole heart. He was fiercely devoted to his family and friends, and if you were blessed to be loved by him, you knew it without question.
Andrew found great joy in the outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing and was happiest near the water, especially at the lake, where camping trips became treasured family traditions. He enjoyed working out, taking long walks, and staying active. When it was time to relax, he could often be found playing cards, especially a competitive game of canasta, setting up a domino table, or enjoying a round of Fortnite. He had a playful spirit and a love for friendly competition that brought laughter into every room.
His beloved dachshunds, Lillie and Brody, were not just pets but family. He adored them and cared for them with the same devotion he showed to those closest to him.
Andrew dedicated many years of service to Union Public Schools, where he served as Transportation Coordinator. He took great pride in his work, understanding the importance of safely transporting students each day. His commitment, reliability, and steady presence made a lasting impact on colleagues and the families he served.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Fulk; his stepmother, Billie Fulk; his grandparents, Kathryn and Harold Fulk; and his cousin, Jared Ruffino.
Those left to cherish the many memories of his life include his beloved wife, Nicole Fulk of the home; his children and their companions, Skye Fulk and PJ Salisbury of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Drue Fulk of Norman, Oklahoma; and Ivey Fulk and Dante Navarro of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his mother, Katie Enke and husband, Gene, of Springfield, Missouri; his brother, David Fulk and wife, Renee, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his cousin, Carolyn Tygart and husband, William, of Coweta, Oklahoma; along with nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends, all of whom will miss him immensely.
He also shared a special bond with his brothers from another mother, Tommy Renfro, Erich Anderson, and Jerrod Cooper. Their friendship was rooted in loyalty, laughter, and a lifetime of shared memories.
Andrew will be remembered for his steadfast love, his loyalty to family and friends, his sense of humor, and the way he made ordinary days feel special. His presence brought comfort, his laughter brought joy, and his love will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
