Wagoner

Angela Dee Lord, 59, of Wagoner, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Thursday, January 29, 2026, in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. She was born on December 13, 1966, in Bixby, Oklahoma, to Leroy Lord Sr. and Gladys Nettie (Hall) Lord.

Angela was raised in the Bixby area and attended Bixby Public Schools. In time, she made Wagoner her home, where she built a life centered around family, love, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.

Angela had a deep love for her cats and cherished the companionship they gave her. She enjoyed fishing, had a fondness for jewelry, and found joy in riding motorcycles. Above all else, her greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren. Known lovingly as “Granny Annie,” she adored her grand-babies and treasured every moment spent with them. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her love for family, and the special bond she shared with those closest to her.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Lord Sr. and Gladys Lord; and by her brother, Leroy Lord Jr.

Those left to cherish the memories of her life include her fiancé, Timothy Van Horn II, of the home in Wagoner, Oklahoma; her brothers, David Lord of Wagoner, Oklahoma, and John Lord and wife Natalie of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Angela’s memory will live on through the love she gave, the laughter she shared, and the lasting impression she left on all who knew her.

No services are planned at this time.

The family of Angela Lord has entrusted her care and cremation to Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory, 417 East Cherokee Street, Wagoner, Oklahoma, 74467. 918-485-2911
