Annie Mae Brotherton, 88, of Coweta, formerly of Sun Lakes, AZ passed away on December 9, 2022.

Annie was born in Connerville, OK to Iveland and Hazel Sampson September 24, 1934. She was united into marriage with Eddie F. Brotherton on February 20, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas. This union produced one daughter.

She was a self-employed beautician, owning and operating her own beauty shop for many years. She also helped with her husband's construction company. In their later years, they opened and operated a restaurant. Annie loved to entertain, play cards and travel. She lived a full and happy life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Iveland Tony Sampson and Hazel Fern Schultz Sampson; husband, Eddie F. Brotherton; two brothers, Hairl Gene Sampson and Earl James Sampson; two sisters, Garrett Inez Sampson and Willie Juanita Gordon.

She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Ann Brotherton of Coweta, OK.
