Barbara Sue (Pratt) Jones was born April 15, 1940 in Muskogee, OK to DeRoscoe Pratt and Neoma (Young) Pratt. She graduated from Muskogee High School. Barbara moved to Wagoner, OK following her marriage to her husband, Bob Jones, on June 23, 1973. Before retirement Barbara worked in bookkeeping in various applications. She was employed by Sooner Management for many years.  She attended New Beginnings Church.

Barbara was a nurturer, and her family remembers how she always took care of everyone else before herself. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed time with them. Few people knew she studied the accordion as a child. Her kitchen is decorated with her two favorite collectibles, Coca Cola and Elvis Presley memorabilia.

Barbara departed this life Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Jones, in 2013; by her parents; two brothers, James Pratt and Kenneth Pratt; and a sister, Emma Lee (Pratt) Mashburn.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Carla Lacey of Wagoner, OK; a daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Larry Nealey of Wagoner, OK; four grandchildren, Sarah Dekker, Jessica Badley and husband, Mitch, Zach Lacey and Taylor Lacey; six great-grandchildren, Rohan Stephens, Landin Badley, Carter Lacey, Hudson Badley, Braven Badley and Opal Dilbeck; a brother, Roger Pratt and his wife, Peggy, of Muskogee, OK; a sister, Chiquita Goines and husband, Larry, of Poteau, OK; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

The funeral service celebrating Barbara's life will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the New Beginnings Church in Wagoner. The Reverend Terry Presley will officiate.

Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner. Pallbearers will be Greg Mashburn, Steve Mashburn, Aaron Boswell, Brian Boswell, Roddy Pratt, Russell Pratt, Ryan Pratt and Jeff Pratt. Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Thomas, Dennis Dorr, Jerry Brumfield, and Tommy Biby.
