Billie Jean Diacon, loving wife to Jack and mother to Kellie Jean, departed this life Saturday August 27, 2016 at her home in Wagoner, Oklahoma. She was born October 31, 1952 in Wagoner, OK to William Henry and Imogene (Owen) James. Billie had an eye for art and beauty expressed in her hobbies of woodworking, furniture refinishing, crafting and sewing. She liked to collect drinking glasses and enjoyed gardening and working in the yard.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 5-7 p.m. at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory.

The Funeral Service celebrating Billie's life will be at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
