Billie Jo Seals was born October 31, 1944 in Porter, OK to William "Bill" and Ruby Lucille (Weaver) Phillips. She attended Porter schools, later attending Virgil's Beauty College.

Billie married Marion Lee "M. L." Seals on May 6, 1961. They were lifelong Porter residents and even worked together at Porter Feed and Tire where Billie worked as cashier for twenty-one years.

Billie enjoyed bowling and loved to fish and camp. Her best times were spent with family, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Billie departed this life Monday morning, June 15, 2020 at her home in Porter, OK at the age of 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, M. L. Seals; her parents, Bill and Lucille Phillips; a grandson, Joshua Seals and an infant sister, Ruby Louise Phillips.

Family left to cherish her memory include her four children and their spouses, Preston Seals of Porter, Stanley and Rhonda Seals of Porter, Kim and Dan Pryor of Chouteau and Joe and Carmel Seals of Haskell; sixteen grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; all her siblings and their spouses, Katherine Wolfe of Porter, Larry and Sue Phillips of Porter, Charles and Barbara Phillips of Porter, Ronnie Phillips of Porter, Bonnie and Mike Miles of Wagoner, Betty Thayer of Stigler, Leroy and Linda Phillips of Porter and Jim Ray and Regina Phillips of Chouteau; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Friends may call for viewing beginning at 2:00 pm Friday at Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Clarksville Free Will Baptist Church. The Reverend Charles Smith will officiate.

Billie will be laid to rest beside her husband, M. L. in Greenwood Cemetery in Porter. Billie's grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be James Seals, Steve Staner, Dennis Holmes and Roy Cole.
