Bobbi Gail (Ballard) Clark was born May 18, 1975 in Tahlequah, OK. She grew up in Wagoner, OK and graduated from Wagoner High School in 1993. She was happy to have just attended her thirtieth high school reunion.

Bobbi and her husband, Joe Clark had been making their home in Bartlesville, OK where she attended the Fellowship Wesleyan Church. She was a woman of great faith who enjoyed listening to Christian music.

Bobbi was a big OSU fan who always supported the team and liked collecting anything OSU.  She loved watching W.W.E. wrestling on television.

Bobbi departed this life Sunday, November 12, 2023 in Wagoner, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Ballard and grandparents, Jim and Pearline Rhodes, Dewitt and Eva Mae Ballard and Orvil and Ergie Owen, and an aunt, Joni Rhodes.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Bruce Clark of Bartlesville; her mom and dad, Kathy and Tony Owen; her sons, Jacob Ivey and wife, Jessica Ashley of Tulsa and Trey Ivey of Broken Arrow; daughter, Amber Marsh and husband, Colin Marsh of Coweta; grandsons, Kaden, Oliver and Parker; granddaughters, Abbiline, Audrina and Ruthie; siblings and their spouses, James and Rhonda Ballard of Walkerville, MD, Mark Owen of Wagoner, Kara and Terry Taylor of Salina, Jennifer Pate and Adam Dorsch of Rose, Eric and Michelle Owen of Wagoner, Leann Ballard of Tulsa and Bob Ballard of Phoenix, AZ; nieces and nephews, Kayla Owen of Sand Springs, Brooke and Kamron Twomey of Mannford, Tyler and Maddison Wiley of Salina, Zachary and Mariah Wiley of El Paso, TX, Layla Taylor of Salina, Garrett Owen of Wagoner, Weston Owen of Wagoner, Hannah Pate of Wagoner, Hayden and Payge Pate of Wagoner, Holden Pate of Wagoner, Danielle Foster of Tulsa and Zachary Foster of Tulsa; other family and friends and her beloved dog, Kevin.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in the Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, from 11:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M

The Family will greet Friends and Family at the visitation, from 5:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M. at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory.

A Celebration of Life, honoring Bobbi Clark will be held Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Lighthouse Full Gospel Church in Wagoner, Oklahoma, with Reverend Lisa Sowers Officiating.

Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
