Funeral services for Bobby D. Rackley, 59, of Wagoner will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 22 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner with the Reverend Ryan Alsot officiating. Pallbearers will be Keith Winn and Gerard Winn. Bobby was born in Oakland, California on September 19, 1952 to his parents, J.M. and Nadine (Kelley) Rackley. He grew up and graduated from high school in San Jose, California. Bobby always enjoyed working with his hands as a vocation and his pastime. He was employed with manufacturing businesses and loved working and racing his No. 75 stock car as the Taz Man'. He also enjoyed fishing and attending flea markets. Fighting a long and courageous battle, he always said, "When God wants me, I'll go." He passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 19 at the Clare House in Tulsa. Bobby was preceded in death by his father, J.M. Rackley and his step-father, Fred Wagner. He is loved and will be dearly missed by his mother, Nadine Wagner of the home; his sister, Deborah Winn and her husband, Gerard of Wagoner; three sons, Christopher, Travis and Steven; one daughter, Ruth Ann; five grandchildren; his uncle and aunt; niece and nephew; best friends, Bill and Terri; along with other friends and relatives.
