Brenda "Joyce" Henson-Davidson was born December 13, 1949, to James Templeton and Elsie Ozella (Whitecotton) Moore.  Joyce made Tulsa, Oklahoma her home, where she raised her children and cared for her family.

Her passion in life was her family, Joyce loved her kids and grandkids. There were many things in life that she enjoyed, Ceramics were a hobby which she enjoyed at one time, she enjoyed listening to "oldies music" while driving.  Joyce was a very caring woman, she loved her animals, especially her dog and cat.  Joyce's family will always remember walking into her home and recalls her watching her favorite Christian Program on her television.

Joyce departed this life Monday, October 23, 2023, at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years.  Preceding her in death was her Parents, James Templeton and Elsie Moore, The love of her life, Willliam Alan Henson Sr., son, Jason Henson, grandson, Kellen Rogers, two sisters, Carol Moore, and Debbie Hollis.

Joyce will be missed greatly by those who survive her.  They include her two sons, William Henson Jr. and wife, Dejah of Tulsa, Oklahoma; James Ray Henson and wife, LeeAnne of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Daughter in love Lanica Willaby and husband, Rick of Wagoner, Oklahoma; Grandchildren, Kaya Woods, Jeffrey Buddy Murdock, Daron Henson, Ivy Henson, Brendon Seth Henson, Christopher James Henson, Darren Austin Henson, Brandon Simms. Taylir Simms, and Konner Rice, Great Grandchildren, Jason Osiris Henson, Freyja Ann Willow Henson, Ian Austin Rice, and Jak Isiac Rice, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A Celebration of Life, honoring the life of Joyce Henson-Davidson will be Friday, October 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory, in Wagoner, Oklahoma
