Brenda Diane (Morgan) Lord was born on February 7, 1965, in Harrison, Arkansas to James Morgan and Pauline (Craig) Morgan.  She married the love of her life, David Lord, on March 9, 1980.  They were married for forty-three years.  Brenda made her home in Porter, Oklahoma.

Brenda enjoyed life to the fullest, especially the simple things.  She loved to ride motorcycles with David every chance she got.  She truly loved people, as she never had an enemy, loving people will be something her family will always remember.  Gardening was another hobby that Brenda enjoyed, she was adamant about tending to her vegetable garden.

Brenda's greatest love in life was taking care of children, she raised her own three children and also cared for many other children in the family, even the neighborhood children as well.  The family recalls there were always extra children at her home.

Brenda departed this life on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pauline Morgan; Brothers, Cecil Morgan, Gene Morgan, James Morgan, and Archie Morgan; and Sisters, Mary Morgan, Glenda Morgan, Betty Sue Morgan, and Janice Ann Morgan.

Survivors include her husband David Lord of the home in Porter, OK; her son, David Lord Jr. of Wagoner, OK; her son, James Lord of Wagoner, OK; her daughter, Brandy Lord of Muskogee, OK;  a grandson, Joseph Welch; Sisters, Judy Morgan of Wagoner, OK; Patsy Morgan of Porter, OK; and Jerry Morgan of Wagoner, OK, and numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family who will miss her dearly.
