Charlene Mandy Burton was born on April 10, 1984, in Texas, to Leon Ray Burton and Betty Ann Burton.  After high school, she pursued her passion for helping animals by obtaining certifications as a veterinary technician, allowing her to work closely with pets and their owners while providing essential care and support.

Mandy's passion for cleaning and shopping complimented her profound love for animals, which her family fondly remembers.  Her devotion to her children was evident in all her actions, showcasing the warmth and care she brought to her family life.

Mandy departed this life on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 40 years.  She is preceded in death by her best friend, Anthony Dale.

Surviving Mandy and cherishing the many memories of her life include her children, Hailey Dale of Wagoner, OK, Kyle Dale of Wagoner, OK, and Corey Burton of Arkoma, AR; mother, Betty Rose of Wagoner, OK; and sister Tiffany Cox of Owasso, OK; and many other relatives and friends; all who will miss her deeply.

Mandy's compassionate spirit and kind nature touched the lives of everyone around her, leaving a lasting impression with her ability to spread joy and warmth wherever she went. Her genuine heart and playful personality created unforgettable memories that will continue inspiring and uplifting those who knew her.
