Obituary



Clayton Manning "Bud" White was born November 18, 1938 in Tribbey, Oklahoma to Clayton and Ozella (Tate) White. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War, mostly stationed in Germany.

Before retirement Bud worked many years as a roughneck in the oil rigs. Most of that time was in Texas. He moved to Wagoner later in life, where he made his home with his wife, Winna Mae "Winnie" Brown. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed boating, hunting and fishing. Bud loved dogs.

He departed this life early Monday, February 5, 2018 at his home at the age of 79 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Donna White and a sister, Nancy White.

Bud is survived by his wife, Winnie Mae Brown of the home; a daughter, Kristi Dawn Avila and her husband, Aaron, Los Banos, California; a son, Dustin Shawn White and his wife, Janine, of Dos Palos, California; grandchildren, Madison, Olivia and Gavin Alvia and Matthew, Taylor, Dustin, Kelsey and Jade White; stepdaughter, Debbie Rose and her husband, Jack, of Claremore, Oklahoma; step-grandchildren, Dustin, Dallas and Cierra; step great great-grandchildren, Dawnte, Cortanna, Shadow and another on the way; his niece, Karen Choate and Eric Harlan and children, Heather, Hally, D.J., and Cameron; other extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
