Danny Crabtree was born December 29, 1961 in Woodland, California to Doris Jean (Louise) and William Price (Bud) Crabtree. He moved to Wagoner at an early age and attended Wagoner schools. He married Tina Migis on September 2, 1989. Danny was a family man who loved to spend time with his four children and four grandchildren. In his younger years Danny served his community as a police officer for the City of Wagoner. He later owned and operated his own truck. At the time of his passing he was employed by Best Trucking. Some of Danny's favorite pastimes were spending time with his dog "Jackie", guns and smoking meat. Danny departed this life on Monday, August 20 while doing what he liked to do-working on his truck. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Louise Crabtree, and his father-in-law, Peter Migis. Survivors include his wife of nearly 23 years, Tina Crabtree of the home; his four children, Latisha Mason and her husband, Andrew, of Muskogee, Daniel Crabtree of Muskogee, Adrianne Crabtree of Wagoner and Jordan Crabtree of Wagoner; four grandchildren, Brinley Mason and Bryar Mason, both of Muskogee and Khloe Crabtree and Devin Crabtree, both of Wagoner; his siblings, Tommy Crabtree and wife, Myrna of Texas, Diana Peters and husband, Johnny of California and Buddy Crabtree of Tulsa; other relatives and many friends. The funeral service for Danny will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Church of God in Wagoner under the direction of Mallett Funeral Home. The Reverend Carl Murphy will officiate. Pallbearers will be Daniel Crabtree, Andrew Mason, Brent Scott, Dale Rinehart, Donny Barnes, Darrel Watkins, Bobby Watkins and Billy Cole. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Hefner, Trace Helm, Ken Burgett, Tim Shoemaker, Kelly Stoops and Cabe Forrest. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner. The family requests that attendees feel free to dress casually. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening at Mallett Funeral Home.
