Dawn Louise (Crawford) Rose was born on November 29, 1968, in Boise, Idaho. After graduating high school Dawn was a waitress until her health would no longer allow her to work. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts projects, including painting.

Dawn departed this life on Sunday, June 2, 2024, in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Preceding her in death was a nephew, Rusty Dane Michaud. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Ramona A. Medlin; son, Cody Ray Medlin; sister, Tammy Rae Livingston; and niece, Tart Rae Hatcher and her husband, John.
