Debbie Ann Seum was born March 10, 1957 in Santa Clara, California to Luther Henry Lee Tidwell and Mary Catherine (Walker) Tidwell. She attended college following high school and was employed in several positions, including waitressing, clerking and sewing.

Debbie enjoyed being a homemaker and loved music of all kinds and animals.  She treasured her collections of unicorns, fairies and wind chimes. She was a big fan of wrestling and a devotee of anything having to do with "Betty Boop".

Debbie departed this life early Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home in in Wagoner, OK at the age of 64 years. Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Clayton James "Jim" Tidwell.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Keith Harve of the home; three children, Twyala Wilkey and husband, Bryan of Wagoner, OK, Chance Seum of Muskogee, OK and Fazone Tidwell of Okay, OK; grandchildren, Zane Howard and Blade Howard, both of Wagoner, OK; siblings, Luke Tidwell, David Tidwell, Carol Tidwell, Donna McFadden and Esther Tidwell; other extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held later.
