Deborah Irene Winn was born August 30, 2952 in Strathmore, California to J.M. Rackley and Nadine Kathryn (Kelley) Rackley. After her father's death at an early age, Deborah and her brother, Bobby, were raised by their mother and stepfather, Fred J. Wagner. She married Gerard William Winn at an early age. Deborah enjoyed shopping, camping, painting, and growing plants outside. She and Gerard were members of the Cornerstone Community Church of the Nazarene. Deborah departed this life on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in Wagoner, OK at the age of 61 years, 7 months and 15 days. She is survived by her loving husband, Gerard, of the home; a son, Keith Winn of Tahlequah, OK; a daughter and son-in-law, Amber Kathryn and Ricky J. Pierron of San Diego, CA; one grand-daughter, Ava Elizabeth Pierron; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Cornerstone Community Church of the Nazarene in Wagoner. The Reverend Ryan Alsop will officiate. Interment will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Friends may call for a Visitation on Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Mallett Funeral Home, who is in charge of arrangements.
