Funeral services for Faye L. Watts, 85, of Wagoner were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner with the Reverend Mark Pointer officiating. Faye was born July 10, 1925 in Black Fork, Arkansas where she would grow up and graduate high school. On May 9, 1942 Faye was united in marriage to Cecil W. Watts. After Cecil served his country during World War II, they made their home in California for over 40 years. In 1984, they bought a home in the Toppers Lake Area and moved to Wagoner. Faye was a homemaker and enjoyed providing and caring for her family. She passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Colonial Terrace Nursing Center in Pryor, OK. Faye was preceded in death by her parents and by her half-sister, Joyce Janway. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Cecil W. Watts of the home; a son, Ralph Watts and his wife, Virginia of Canutillo, Texas; a brother, Leo Janway also of Texas; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements and interment in Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner were directed by Mallett Funeral Home of Wagoner.
