Fred Lee Roach was born October 27, 1960 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Fred Roach and Leota (Bowen) Roach Ramnarine. He was a resident of Wagoner and worked as a handyman for a number of years.

Fred departed this life Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Saint Francis Hospital South in Tulsa, OK at the age of 59 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Roach and his mother, Leota Ranmarine.

Survivors include his sister, Rhonda Bearden of Wagoner, OK; two brothers, Thomas W. Turner of Muskogee, OK and Rodney Turner of Wagoner, OK; extended family and many friends in and around Wagoner.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, February 22, 2020 in the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory, 417 East Cherokee Street, Wagoner, OK. Officiating will be Thomas Turner.
