Glenda Lee Harris was born October 17, 1949 in Fullerton, California to Glen and Pauline (Geurin) Parrish. She moved to Wagoner with her family in 1955 and graduated from Wagoner High School in the Class of 1967. Glenda was married to Robert T. (Bob) Harris on September 13, 1968, and they settled in Wagoner where they raised their family. Glenda was a wonderful wife, mother and Mimi. She worked as a sales clerk in the retail and pawn shop industries for a number of years. In her spare time she enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts. Glenda departed this life on Saturday, February 23, 2013 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Huey Seat, and an infant sister, Patricia Ann. Survivors include her husband, Robert T. Harris of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Tamera Harris of Shawnee, Kansas; a daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Dwayne Moore of Porter; one grandchild, Reese Noel Moore; a sister, Paula Hallum and her husband, Alvin, of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one brother, Mike Parrish and his wife, Marsha, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. The family will be present for a Visitation from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner. The Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Carl Murphy will officiate. Pallbearers will be Gary Chappell, Ray Cantrell, John Ketter, Brad Harding, Richard Brewster and Mike Hickman. Interment will be in Bennett Addition of Elmwood Cemetery.
