Glenna Overall (North) Smith, 80, a thirty-two year resident of Tulsa, died July 25, 2011. She was born July 19, 1931 in Wagoner, OK to William Alford and Naomi (Armstrong) Overall. A 1949 graduate of Wagoner High School, Glenna was a Secretary/Administrative Aide for the Oklahoma State Department of Human Services (vocational rehabilitation department) before retiring in 1993. Her work included helping clients with either physical injuries or being released from incarceration to obtain employment opportunities. She was preceded in death by sisters, Muriel Dial and Theresa Wood and brother, Morris Allen Overall. Survivors include son, Michael L. North, and wife, Becky, of Wichita, KS; daughter, Theresa J. North of McKinney, TX; son, Shawn K. North of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Leslie J. and her husband, John Harris of Glenview, IL, Kurtis N. Johnson of Dallas, TX, Jamie L. North and Marc R. North, both of Wichita, KS; two great-grandchildren and sister, A. LaVerne Whitekiller of Wagoner. Also survived by a number of close and dear friends from her days at the French Quarter, Blue Coat Inn, Tone Zone and the Happy Hour Group who will miss her dearly. Glenna's family thanks her many friends for their wonderful support over this last year during her illness. Memorial Service on August 20, 2011 at Mallett Funeral Home, 417 E. Cherokee St at 10:30 a.m. with reception following at First Christian Church, 415 NE 2nd St, Wagoner. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Susan G.
