Glynda Darlyne Dry, age 81, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026, at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was born on December 20, 1944, in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, to Raymond and Margie Dry.

Glynda dedicated 36 years of her life working at Goldie’s Patio Grill, where she built lasting friendships and became a familiar, welcoming presence to many in the community. Her strong work ethic and kind spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

She had a deep love for the outdoors, especially fishing. Some of her most cherished moments were spent teaching her children how to fish at a young age, creating memories that will live on for generations. Glynda also treasured time spent with her family, particularly during gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and love.

Known for her kind soul and gentle nature, Glynda touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her loving family: Raymond and Rachael Morris of Broken Arrow; Steve and Kristi Holmes of Wagoner; Randy Carey and Noelle Perry of Edmond; grandchildren Kaylea Carey, Jordan Carey, Ashton Cook, Alyssa Applegate, Trent Morris, Aaron McHenry, Tayah Warrior and Raymond Ochoa; great-grandchildren Wheston, Whyatt, Cambry, Cora, Beau, Sophie, Jaxson, Ellie, Carson, Emerie, Ronin, Emmy and Baylor.

A celebration of Glynda’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Paradise Cove Pavilion in Sequoyah State Park.

Her legacy of love, patience, and warmth will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind
