Harold Franklin Fulk Jr. was born September 8, 1949 in Tulsa, OK to Harold Franklin Fulk Sr. and Katherine Virginia (Keeling) Fulk. Following graduation from high school Harold served in the United States Army. Before retirement he was employed by Tulsa Public Schools as a maintenance supervisor.

Harold loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved being outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing, camping or enjoying his favorite sport of baseball. He and his wife, Billie liked to go to the casino and loved to travel. His favorite music was country music.

But the most important thing in Harold's life was his family, whom he loved very much. They will find comfort in the memory of times spent with him through the years.

Harold departed this life on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Oklahoma Veterans' Center in Claremore, OK. He was afforded the Walk of Honor when many patients and personnel lined up to salute Harold as he was leaving the facility and grounds.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Fulk Sr. and Katherine Fulk; his wife, Billie Fulk, brother, Edwin Fulk; sister, Judy Eastom; sister-in-law, Paulette Fulk and nephews Jared Ruffino and William Fulk.

He was a part of a family that he loved very much, and they will continue to love him and keep his memory alive.  His family who will cherish his memory include his two sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Nicole Fulk of Tulsa, OK and David and Renee Fulk of Luther, OK; his sons' mother, Katie Enke; grandchildren, Skye, Drue, Ivey, David Jr., Will and Kasey; nephews, Wendel Fulk and wife, Lizzie and Tony Ruffino and wife, Megan; cousins he was close to, Connie Reynolds, Billie Brizendine and Jackie Murano; other extended family and friends.

Memorial Services honoring Harold Fulk's life, will be on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Fort Gibson, National Cemetery.
