Harvey Eugene Rollins was born March 28, 1932 in Ohio to James H. and Goldie Marie (Lloyd) Rollins. He graduated from Central High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He later joined the United States Air Force and served until he was honorably discharged. Before retirement Harvey was employed in the restaurant industry. He attended Crossroads Evangelical Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma and supported the TBN ministries. At the time of his death Harvey made his home at the Claremore Veterans Center in Claremore, Oklahoma. He loved to play bingo and enjoyed the VA outings.

Harvey departed this life on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by a foster brother. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Glenna and Jerry Davidson of Verdigris, Oklahoma, and his friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
