The graveside funeral service for James Dennie Owens, 46, of Muskogee, OK will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner, OK. James was born March 30, 1964 in Muskogee, to James and Wanda (Sanders) Owens. He was previously employed as a construction worker. James departed this life on Thursday, April 22, 2010 in Muskogee, OK. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include two daughters, Amber (Owens) Culp and her husband, Ben, of Henryetta, OK and Amanda Owens of Okay, OK; a son, Jamie Owens of Okay; James' mother and stepfather, Wanda and Robert Sanders of Barling, AR; one sister, Sherry Cutbirth of Fort Gibson, OK; three brothers, Johnny Owens of Muskogee, Jerry Owens of Fort Gibson, OK and Chris Nail of Fort Smith, AR; his paternal grandmother, Elsie Owens of Sapulpa, OK; three grandchildren; his nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; other relatives and friends.
