Janice Ann (Peters) Turney, 82, departed this life on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee, OK, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on August 4, 1943, to Marion L Peters and Ester (Quiggley) Peters in Fayetteville, NC.
The family will greet friends at a Visitation which will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 5-7 pm in the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held to honor the life of Janice Turney on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home.
A committal service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 1:30 pm at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
