The memorial service for Jess Brackett Jr. will be at 11:00 am Friday, May 3, 2019 at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 909 Northeast 11th Street, Wagoner, OK. Officiant will be Brother Burka.

Jess who passed this life at his home on April 15, 2019, just a few days prior to his sixty-seventh birthday.

Jess Brackett Jr. was born April 19, 1952 in Muskogee, OK to Jess Allen Brackett and Mary (Drywater) Brackett.

Following graduation from high school Jess served as a recruiter for the Oklahoma National Guard for a number of years. Following that he was a welder in the manufacturing industry. In his spare time Jess liked fishing and hunting.

Survivors include three brothers and their spouses, Gerald and Lois Brackett of Porter, OK, Wallace and Kathy Brackett of Waurika, OK and Ricky and Belinda Brackett of Porter, OK; one sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Ronald Mayo of Fort Gibson, OK; many nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Mary Brackett; one brother, Jimmy Brackett and three sisters, Ann Buie, Janice Luster and Irene Woomer.
