Jewel D Keeton Maldonado February 26, 1928 November 12, 2015 Jewel passed peacefully into the next life in the presence of her family after a short illness. She is preceded in death by her parents Hiram Fletcher and Nancy Keeton, all of her 12 brothers and sisters, her husband of 49 years John Maldonado, an infant son Miguel, and a beloved son in law Steven Brian Sartin. Jewel is survived by her children Marta Sartin, John Michael Maldonado, and Maria Presslauer Other family members include Jenond Maldonado and Albert Presslauer. Grandchildren Eric Lauterbach and wife Dr. Mary Shuman, Jeffrey Tannehill, Amberlin Tannehill, Shane Sartin, Melissa Jensen and husband Jake Jensen, Alex Presslauer, and Johnny Presslauer. Great grand children Adam Lauterbach, Evan Lauterbach, Daniel Wade Tannehill, Lili Neptune and Davey Jensen. Numerous nieces and nephews including Tommy Keeton and his wife Linda Keeton who provided enormous support and comfort over the years. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society or used books to the Holland Hall Book Fair. The family will welcome friends at a visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Sunday evening at Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner. The funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Mr. Neal Garrett. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner.
