IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Joe Paul
Elliott
June 28, 1950 – December 16, 2022
Joe Paul Elliott was born June 28, 1950 in Wildhorse, Osage County, Oklahoma to James Samuel Elliott and Alice Faye (King) Elliott. He departed this life Friday, December 16, 2022 at his home near Fort Gibson Lake in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother. Survivors include his beloved wife, Kasey Lynn Elliott, a sister-in-law, Patti Elliott and a number of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
If the definition of a Renaissance man is a person with many talents or areas of knowledge, then Joe was a true example. After graduation from East Central High School in Tulsa he went to college and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Joe was a singer, song writer and guitar player who toured all over Canada and the United States. When he was playing he could calm a rowdy crowd with his soft words and calm demeanor. Joe was an accomplished car mechanic and enjoyed working on his favorite sports car, the Austin Healy. Joe decided to return to college where he earned a bachelor of science in computer science. His career took a different direction with his engineering work at ABEX Aerospace.
Later in life Joe's life was complete when he met the love of his life, the former Kasey Lynn Hash. Although an accident caused Kasey to be in a care center, Joe remained devoted to Kasey and never failed to bring her flowers at each regular visit.
