John William Haught was born March 5, 1955 in Great Bend, Kansas to Richard T. and Lois (Mahan) Haught. After graduating from high school and technical school John began his career as a carpenter and employment at the Cedar Crest Country Club.

John was a family man who enjoyed coaching little league ball and mowing. He was an accomplished guitar player, and his hobbies included fishing, riding dirt bikes, and riding horses.

John departed this life Friday, August 5, 2016 at Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

His loving family who survive him include his wife, Tammy Haught of the home in Locust Grove, OK; two sons, John W. Haught Jr. and his wife, Melissa, of Claremore, OK and Alan Haught of Locust Grove, OK; daughter, April Disler and husband, Chad, of Hulbert, OK; grandchildren, Hunter Haught, Sawyer Haught, Christian Nash, Nathan Disler, Tressa Disler, Hailee Disler, and Brandilynn Disler; a sister, V. Earlene Davenport of Olathe, KS; a host of other family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory in Wagoner, OK. The Reverend Lisa Sowers will officiate.
