Judith Kay Eastom was born October 24, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Katherine Virginia (Keeling) Fulk and Harold Franklin Fulk Sr. She lived most of her life in Tulsa. Her family was very important to her, and her grandchildren were the greatest joy in her life. Judith departed this life on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at her home in Tulsa at the age of 59 years, 10 months, and 1 day. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Virginia Fulk and father, Harold Franklin Fulk Sr.; by a brother, Edwin Ray Fulk; a daughter, Virginia Ruffino; a son, Jared Eugene Ruffino; and by two husbands, Joseph Eugene Ruffino and Calvin Lee Kirby Sr. Survivors include her husband, Gary Eastom of Topeka, Kansas; five children, Anthony Ruffino and his wife, Megan, of Locust Grove, OK, Calvin Kirby and Misty Sinden, Krystal Ruffino and Jesse Dick, Daniel Eastom and Tiger, and Dustin Eastom, all of Tulsa; a brother, Harold Fulk Jr. and his wife, Billie, of Tulsa; a sister-in-law, Paulette Fulk of Tahlequah; grandchildren, Dillen, Brittany, and Tyler Ruffino, Cody Kirby, Kaytlin Russell and Jordan Ruffino; one great-grandchild, Braylee Ruffino; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. The Reverend Clay Frost will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ray Fulk, Calvin Kirby, Daniel Eastom, Dustin Eastom, Dillen Ruffino and Jesse Dick. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Baker, Tony Ruffino and Andrew Ruffino. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
