Kelli Sue (Zehr) Rankins was born May 24, 1972 in Evansville, Indiana to Larry Allen and Meredith Kaye (England) Zehr. She was a 1991 Wagoner High School graduate and attended dental technician school in Tulsa. Kelli departed this life on August 29, 2011 in Wagoner at the age of 39 years, 3 months and 5 days. She was preceded in death by her, Larry Zehr; maternal grandparents, Clifford and Marjorie England, and paternal grandfather, George Zehr. Survivors include her husband, Billy Rankins, of the home in Wagoner; two children, Kayla Marie Zehr and Kameron Lee Rankins; her mother, Meredith Zehr of Wagoner; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kasey and Keela Zehr and their children, Kory and Kaleb, and Kory and Brenda Zehr and their children, Luke and Cooper, all of Wagoner; a sister, Kris Zehr and her children, Jessica, Travis and Tiffany, all of Muskogee; her parents-in-law, Linda and Robert Rankins of Wagoner; paternal grandmother, Laurena Zehr of Jasper, Indiana; Jo Zehr and her son, Jared Huff, both of Nashville, Tennessee; other relatives and friends. The funeral service for Kelli will be at 2 pm Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. The Reverend Gary Woodson will officiate. Pallbearers will be Kasey Zehr, Kory Zehr, Jared Huff and Bruce England. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner.
