Kelly Kay Owens was born Nov. 18, 1963 in Indio, California where she grew up. Kelly graduated from high school in Springfield, Missouri. She worked as an accounting clerk in the medical field. She enjoyed arts and crafts and loved spending time with family and friends. Kelly died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 at her home in the Taylor's Ferry area near Wagoner. She is survived by her parents, Julie and Matthew Tierney of Wagoner; two daughters, Rachelle Combs and Shelby Bailey; two grandchildren, Cameron Combs and Kiley Combs; two brothers, Michael Tierney and his family of Phoenix, Arizona and Peter Tierney and his family of Tulsa, Oklahoma. A memorial service for Kelly will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner, with the Reverend Carl Tinnea, the Reverend Loy Hoskins, and Todd Foreman officiating.
