Kenneth Eugene Orman Sr. was born April 15, 1938 in Muskogee, OK to John C. and Hazel M. (Sykes) Orman. He was married to Lillie Ruth McNiel on December 5, 1958, and they began a long and happy life together that lasted 56 years. Kenneth's family was very important to Kenneth, especially the time he spent with his grandchildren. He enjoyed the outdoors and like to fish and hunt deer. He had a great time watching the TV show Cops. Before retirement Kenneth was employed with Griffin Foods where he was Vice-President of Manufacturing. Kenneth departed this life on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, J. T. Orman, Hilton Orman, Ralph Orman and Raymond Orman; and two sisters, Manelle Wagner and Lucille Ladd. Kenneth's loving family who survive him include his wife, Lillie Orman; two daughters and their husbands, Sheri and Jerry Jenkins and Tamy and Bo Sanders; one son, Kenneth Orman Jr.; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles Ray and Bernice Orman; grandchildren and their spouses, Jeremy and Caitlin Jenkins, Mandy and Chad Morris, Joshua and Christi Jenkins; Brandon Sanders, and Jake Sanders; great-grandchildren, Aden Jenkins, Talyn Jenkins, Carsyn Morris, Jet Jenkins, Lilli Sanders, and Camden Jenkins; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 4 at the Southeast Baptist Church in Muskogee, OK. Brother Gene Sanders will officiate. Cremation and Memorial arrangements are by Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner.
