Kylie Dale Goforth, age 6 months, died Sunday, December 6, 2010. Kylie, along with her twin sister, Allie was born June 7, 2010 in Muskogee, OK to Steve and Jamie (Crothers) Goforth. She had a beautiful smile and a cheerful and energetic nature. She was queen' of the house. Her family will always love her and feel blessed to have shared their lives with her. Kylie is survived by her parents, Steve and Jamie Goforth of Porter; her twin sister, Allie; sisters, Marissa, Jessica and Desirae and a brother, Wesley; two grandmothers, Alice Turner and Brenda Seeley; two grandfathers, Gordon Wayne Turner and Jack Kilgore; her Aunt Nini's; several uncles, including Robert; numerous cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Carl Crothers and Steve Goforth and great-grandfather, Jim Scroggins. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. The Reverend Charley Smith will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner. Pallbearers will be Chad Goforth, Asten Cooper, Wesley Goforth and Deven Bird.
