Lisa Rene (Phillips) Lemley was born January 26, 1976 in Tulsa, OK to Floyd and Donna (Ellis) Phillips. Lisa loved shopping for bargains and truly enjoyed her work in a thrift store. She also loved being outdoors and liked reading, painting and all kinds of crafts.

Lisa departed this life Friday, September 10, 2021 in Wagoner, OK at the age of 45 years. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her parents and a sister, Teresa.

Survivors include a daughter, Alyssa Ann Lemley of Wagoner; a brother, Floyd Phillips Jr. of Wagoner; her Aunt Carol and a number of nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
