Loretta Dianne (Tannehill) Parr was born on October 28, 1951, in Ector County, Texas, to Virgil Junior Tannehill and Edith May (Whitt) Tannehill.  Loretta served as a certified nurse's aide for several years.  Loretta's reputation for compassion and her caring heart made her a beloved figure to her many patients she served over the years in her career.  Her ability to connect with others and uplift their spirits created a nurturing environment; making her a cherished friend and confidante to all who knew her.

Loretta was a passionate dog mom, dedicating her time to raising and showing her beloved American Pitbull Terriers in various ADBA (American Dog Breeders Association) competitions, showcasing their beauty and intelligence for 25 years.  Alongside her love for her furry companions, she found joy in reading, often curling up with a good book.

Loretta departed this life on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the age of 72 years.

Cherishing the many memories of Loretta Parr is her best friend, Tye Turner.  Her legacy will continue to live on through the cherished memories and stories shared by friends and loved ones.  She will be greatly missed.
