The funeral service for Marlene Margaret Schwalm, a resident of Wagoner, OK, will be at 1:00 pm Monday, December 3, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church, 205 North Main Street, Wagoner, OK. The Reverend Ann LaMar will officiate.
Family and friends will call at Mallett Funeral Home from 1:00-5:00 pm Sunday for viewing.
Interment in Floral Haven Cemetery, Broken Arrow, OK will follow at 3:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Justin Warren, Anthony DeBella, Nick McGrath, Tyler McGrath, Rodney McGrath and Matthew Chapman. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Edwards and Frank Relja.
Marlene Margaret Schwalm was born March 22, 1934 in Midland, Michigan to Pearl (Keenon) and Claude Mudd.
Marlene was an accomplished and talented artist. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Muskogee Art Guild. She enjoyed playing golf.
She departed this life early Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in Checotah, OK. Preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband, James Warren; second husband, Willard Schwalm; son Doug Warren; daughter, Linda McGrath; brother, Eugene Mudd and sister, Cara Mae Dickerman.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Dawn Warren of Checotah, OK; seven grandchildren, Kristin Warren of Crestview, FL, Summer DeBella and husband, Anthony of Owasso, OK, Justin Warren and wife, Whitney of Broken Arrow, OK, Nick McGrath and wife, Ashley of Kansas City, MO, Tyler McGrath and wife, Shelby of Kansas City, MO, Whitney Warren of Broken Arrow, OK and Paris Warren of Checotah, OK; one great-granddaughter, Kylee DeBella of Owasso, Ok; a son-in-law, Rodney McGrath of Kansas City, MO; her nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
