Maurice (Moe) Marsh was born to Nichols Marsh and Eleanor (McNamee) Marsh in Yonkers, New York on November 4,1945. He passed peacefully on 1/26/2020 at the age of 74 in Porter, OK surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Marsh, son Scott Marsh and wife Tisha Marsh of Porter, daughter JoAnn Hall and husband Jerry Hall of Porter. Grandchildren include Don and Kim English of Little Elm Texas, Shelbie and Matt Hayes of Coweta, Zachary Ogletree of Oklahoma City, Chloe Waters of Tulsa, Cameron West of Muskogee, David Marsh of Coweta, Piper Waters of Coweta, and great grandchild Malikai Stone. Moe is also survived by a stepson, Larry English and wife, Christy of London, AR, step-grandsons, Ryan English and Caleb English and step great-granddaughter, Marlie English.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Hank Verdenburg and Nicholas Marsh, sister Barbara Booker and brother-in-law Ray Booker, grandson Will Ogletree, and stepson Don English.

He spent his early years in New York and later met the love of his life in Arkansas where they got married on April 8, 1966. They spent their time together driving a truck until later on when him and Scott teamed up. He started his job at Wheeler Metals where he not only loved driving a truck, but also formed a family with the racing crew and Wheeler family. Moe found much enjoyment at the racetrack and spending time with family.

The family and friends will gather from 2:00-4:00 pm Saturday, February 1 in the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory to celebrate Moe's life.

Viewing will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday and continue through the Visitation on Saturday.
