Morris Alan Semore was born September 27, 1947 in Wagoner, Oklahoma to Elsie (Childers) and Bernard Morris Semore. He served in the United States Navy and was a veteran of Vietnam. Morris was a lifelong Wagoner area resident, and for the past twenty-four years had made his home in the Rocky Point area near Fort Gibson Lake. Morris liked going for drives in the country. He was always on the lookout for big ponds where he could enjoy his favorite pastime, fishing.

Morris departed this life Wednesday afternoon April 29, 2020 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Semore.

Survivors include his wife of more than forty years, Martha Marie Semore; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Megan Semore of Mannford, Oklahoma; two grandsons, Mike and Jacob Semore; other extended family and friends.

Family and friends may call for viewing between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Mallett Funeral Home.

Private interment will be in Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
