Nadine Kathryn (Kelley) Wagner was born April 12, 1932 in Gladewater, Texas to John W. and Irene (Owens) Kelley. Nadine departed this life on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 10 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Irene Kelley, her husband, Fred Jay Wagner and her son, Bobby Rackley. Her family has many fond memories of her enjoying for going for rides to see deer and turkey in the state park and to see buffalo. She enjoyed fishing for many years and was a wonderful cook. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Gerard Winn of Wagoner; a brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Ruth Kelley of Porter; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2013 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. The Reverend Ryan Alsop will officiate. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
