IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nancy
Medlin
November 1, 1953 – August 2, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Medlin, a beloved wife, devoted mother, and cherished friend, who left us on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the age of 71.
Born on November 1, 1953, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Nancy was the heart and soul of her family. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering love touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a woman of quiet strength, generous spirit, and endless devotion to those she loved.
She shared 53 beautiful years of marriage with her husband, Shelby, building a life rooted in love, faith, and partnership. Together, they raised Levi, Leesa, and Max, instilling in them her values of compassion, resilience, and grace.
Nancy was known for her passion for working in her yard, her homemade lasagna on Christmas Eve, her work at St. James Episcopal Church, and her care for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, which demonstrated not only love but also deep strength and generosity. That kind of devotion can shape generations with wisdom, warmth, and stories that never fade. Whether offering a comforting word, a helping hand, or simply her reassuring presence, she enriched the lives around her in immeasurable ways.
She is survived by husband Shelby Medlin; by her daughter Leesa Medlin, along with children Michael Cluff and Mollie Siegfried and their children Callum and Lainey, and Mitchel Cluff; by her son Levi, along with children Fischer Medlin and Skylar Medlin, and their children Saylor and Banner, Toni Medlin and Rhett Tackett and their children, Hudson and Beckham, Marlee Medlin and Camden Stone, and Izzy Medlin. She is also survived by her sister, Denise Jones, great niece Grace Wren, and sister Rickie Wells. Nancy was preceded in death by son, Max Medlin, her father Calvin Farmer, mother Betty Farmer, brother Brian Farmer, and niece Debbie Wren.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever cherished.
A Celebration of Nancy's Life will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 11 am in the Chapel at Mallet Funeral Home, 417 E. Cherokee St, Wagoner, Ok. While traditional dress is always appropriate, Nancy was a casual person, so friends and family should feel comfortable coming as they see fit.
