Patricia Ann "Sissy" Tucker was born October 14, 1939 in Checotah, OK to Theodore and Marjorie (Beech) Scism. She attended school in Berryhill, OK. Sissy was married to Raymond D. Tucker, and they began a long and happy life together that lasted for 56 years. Patricia was a woman who loved the Lord with all her heart. Her family recalls how she was a wonderful Bible teacher, and that she loved flowers and could grow anything. Sissy Tucker died at her Wagoner home Sunday evening, November 11, 2012 at the age of 73 years and 28 days. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Vicki Tucker. Survivors include her husband, Raymond D. Tucker of the home; two daughters, Deena Lewis and her husband, Mike, of Coweta, Ok and Cindy Tucker of Collinsville, OK; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jennipher and David Kerr and Ashley and Johnny Bumgarner; four great-grandchildren, Robert Kerr, Isabella Kerr, Damion Bumgarner and Hailey Bumgarner; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. A funeral service for Sissy will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. Officiates will be the Rev. John Roberts, the Rev. Fred Young and the Rev. Darian Thomas. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
