Patrick Lawrence Young

Patrick Lawrence Young, a lifelong Wagoner resident, passed from this life on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 76.  

Patrick was born on March 15, 1950, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to George Lorin Young and Louise Imogene (Austin) Young.  A hardworking man with deep roots in the land, Patrick devoted much of his life to farming and ranching, a way of life that reflected his strong work ethic and appreciation for the simple things in life.  

Patrick's life and the many memories he leaves behind will be remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Patrick's family will greet friends at a Visitation that will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 5-7 pm in the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service honoring the life of Patrick Young will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home.  The time of service is pending at this time and will be updated once determined.  

Interment will follow at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.  The United States Army Funeral Honors Team will conduct Military honors.
