Patsy Gale (Vanbrunt) Carroll was born on October 29, 1945 in Wagoner, Oklahoma to Joe and Selma Vao (Austin) Vanbrunt. She married Richard Boyd Carroll on August 31, 1984 and they enjoyed many years together until his passing in July 2019.  Before retirement, Patsy was the owner and operator of Kids Korner Day Care in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She attended Lighthouse Full Gospel Church in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

Patsy departed this life on December 29, 2020 at her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Bill "Fuzz" Vanbrunt. Patsy is survived by her son, Scotty Williams and his wife, Sarah; grandchildren, Hunter Williams and Chloe Williams, all of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral celebrating Patsy's life will be on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Full Gospel Church in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Reverend Lisa Sowers will be officiating and pallbearers will be Scotty Williams, Chris Oddo, Julio Dominguez, and Dan Bunke. Interment will follow in the Bennett Addition of Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner. It is requested that masks be worn to the service.
