IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patti Gail
Ford
October 15, 1953 – February 17, 2021
Patti Gail Ford was born October 15, 1953 in Bethany, OK to Wayne Alford and Sylvia Christine (Spears) Rosenthal. She grew up in Wagoner, OK and graduated from Wagoner High School in 1971. She made her home in Muskogee, OK for most of her adult life.
In her earlier years Patti had several work experiences, but she mostly worked in the home health care industry. She worked hard to provide for her son, Kevin Hamil while raising him, and was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.
Although ill health later on limited Patti's activities, she maintained an active interest in Thunder basketball and Dallas Cowboys football. She enjoyed arts and crafts and loved her adult coloring projects, Michael Jackson music and the color purple. She enjoyed going out to eat at Anna's Coffee Shop and Boomerang Diner. However, Patti's main focus was on her son Kevin and her grandchildren. She was a woman of great faith and a true prayer warrior.
Patti departed this life Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her home in Muskogee, OK at the age of 67 years. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Vernon and Ola Rosenthal and Cleo and Clara Spears and by a brother-in-law, Steve Hash.
Survivors include Patti's son, Kevin Hamil and his wife, Pamela Hamil of Muskogee, OK; her parents, Wayne and Sylvia Rosenthal of Wagoner, OK; three grandchildren, Michael Hamil, Rylin Hamil and Jordan Hamil; a step-grandson, Colton Wordworth; two sisters, Angie Rosenthal and Rhonda Hash, both of Wagoner, OK; a number of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Patti's life will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner, OK. The Reverend Bruce VonWald will officiate.
