Paula Sue Oliver was born on September 4, 1971 in Bedford, Pennsylvania to Fredrick "Fred" and Connie Rose (Klotz) Penrod. Paula has made her home in Porter, Oklahoma for the past eight years since marrying her husband, Robert "Bobby" Arlin Oliver. Paula was a homemaker who was studying to become a paralegal. Paula departed this life at the age of 42 years, on Monday, March 3, 2014 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Arlin "Cotton" Oliver and her grandparents. Survivors include her husband, Bobby of the home; two daughters, Sabrina Appel of Shellsburg, PA and Salena Appel of Porter; one granddaughter, Piper Laretta Appel; her parents, Fred and Connie Penrod of Bedford, PA; a brother and his wife, Kevin and Lorie Wallace of Bedford, PA; a sister, Shannon Rhodes of Bedford, PA; a stepsister, Jody Shedd of PA; several aunts and uncles, five nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. The family will be present for a Visitation Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
