Pearl Louise (Bailey) Cole was born July 15, 1932 and passed from this life April 21, 2024 at her home near Wagoner, OK.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Cole, her parents, Chester Alex and Edna Marjorie (Halpain) Bailey, and one brother, Rayburn Bailey, and survived by a brother, Chester Bailey and a sister, Joyce Luna.

Having married Edwin Cole, who became career Air Force, she traveled to many places before settling back into Oklahoma.

Pearl loved to read, sew, crochet, and wood burn on gourds. These were just a few of the hobbies and interests she had in her life. Whatever she did, she did well and always kept busy (including everyone around her). Anyone who knew her knew that.

Above all, what Pearl did was make a loving, caring home for her family and was a true saint to many. She will be missed greatly for many generations to come.

Pearl was survived by four children:

Calvin and his wife, Laure

Cheryl

Craig

Ruth

And eight grandchildren:

Zachary and Sandy Cole

Ezra and Joanna Cole

Louis and Julia Cole

Cindy and Scott Trebes

She was blessed with nine great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Family and friends will call at the funeral home for viewing on Tuesday from 10 am until 6 pm.

The funeral to celebrate a life well lived will be at 1 pm in the Church of Christ in Hulbert, OK. Officiating will be Dr. Calvin Cole.

Mrs. Cole will be laid to rest beside her husband, Edwin Cole, in the Hulbert Community (I.O.O.F.) Cemetery in Hulbert, OK. Pallbearers will be Cheryl Jennings, Ruth Cole, Joanna Cole, Sandy Cole, Cindy Trebes and Craig Cole. Honorary pallbearers will be Isabelle Cole, Zachary Cole, Ezra Cole, Louis Cole and Scott Trebes.
