Peggy Lorene (Williams) Brown was born April 27, 1925 in Wagoner, OK to Clarence and Nell (Richardson) Williams. She was a graduate of Wagoner High School and attended the First Christian Church. For many years Peggy and her husband traveled with his work until he retired from the military, and they retired to Wagoner. Mrs. Brown departed this life at her Wagoner home on Saturday, August 23, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil O. Brown, a son, Gary Richard Brown, and a grandson, Brett Beaver. Survivors include her children, Shari Farrar, Denise Louise Brown, Douglas Brown, twins, Courtney Ritter and Kenny Beaver, grandchildren, Brady Beaver, Brian Brown, Pascal Winnick and Danielle Jeffry; great-grandchildren, Konner Rowan, Caleb Rowan, Daisy Beaver, Rylan Beaver, and P. K. Beaver; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. Cremation arrangements are by Mallett Funeral Home in Wagoner.
